About
Us
I
always knew about the old books in the walk-in safe, but
not until I became owner of our 124 year old plumbing,
heating, tile & remodeling company did I spend time
looking through them. Then, over lunch with a friend,
another longtime Rochesterian whose business was related
to old images, I learned of their power & value. You
see, my friend, Michael Hager, left the George Eastman
House to start his own business in the Cascade District, & spends
his days helping Museums &
Historical Societies, among others, archiving, reproducing
& preserving decaying documents.
That
lunch was a 6 years ago, & since then we've become
passionate about preserving these rare images that are
slowly falling apart in my safe, & sharing them with
you. You'll love them! You'll see over 100 images of Rochester
street maps. We are planning to continue to add historical
images to our site. Railroad Maps, Highland Park images,
Brighton &
Pittsford are coming, as is Irondequoit & outlying districts.
Visit

can count on us to be here for the long term. My Company's
