Welcome to MapsNY
MapsNY is dedicated to preserving and sharing historical maps of cities and towns in New York State. We provide high quality reproductions printed with pigment inks on acid free, fiber based paper. Properly displayed, these maps will remain stable for over 100 years. These are exact reproductions, indistinguishable from the original, better even, because it won't crumble & we've cleaned up minor imperfections. We currently offer over 100 IMAGES of Rochester, New York street maps and we plan to add more. These maps are sometimes referred to as Plat Maps. Click on the "OUR MAPS" tab above to view the list of maps that are currently available.

Before purchasing from us you can view detailed portions of our Rochester maps online at the Monroe County Library Online. When you go to there, click on the "Search Images" link, then type "plat maps" in the search field on the page. Railroad Maps, Highland Park images, Brighton & Pittsford are coming, as are Irondequoit and outlying districts. We are also looking to purchase high quality maps from cities and towns throughout New York State. Visit often!
